Support Solution Architects in solution development, design, and approval processes. Leverage standard process methods to shape solutions to meet scope of services, delivery locations, and related costs. Bring efficiency and consistency in response development and operations support.

Summary: As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of various solutions. This role requires applying standardized process methods to tailor solutions that align with service scopes, delivery locations, and associated costs. The position focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in both response development and operational support activities, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project goals. - Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure timely delivery of solutions. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Support knowledge sharing and skill development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Security. - Strong understanding of SAP Security frameworks, roles, and authorizations. - Experience in managing user access controls and compliance requirements within SAP environments. - Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes. - Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving SAP Security-related issues.
