Role Title: Process Documentation Analyst (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Process documentation and technical writing expertise
• Strong knowledge management and content structuring skills
• Experience in process mapping and workflow visualization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with audit and compliance standards (ISO, SOC2)
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in BPO / Shared Services / IT Service environments
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
• Knowledge of ITIL or process improvement methodologies
• Experience in training material development and change management
• Advanced Excel or Power BI, and visual documentation skills
  
  

What will you do?

• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, IT, and Service Delivery teams to document and optimize business processes
• Develop and maintain SOPs, KBAs, work instructions, and user guides
• Create process maps (as-is and to-be) to support operational clarity
• Ensure all documentation is clear, standardized, version-controlled, and audit-ready
• Support internal and external audits aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and SOC 2 standards
• Translate technical and operational information into user-friendly content
• Manage and maintain knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements to capture processes and workflows
