Salary: P35,000- P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM PHT)

What will you do?

The Part-Time Dental Patient Coordinator is responsible for managing patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting the administrative workflow of the dental team. This role ensures a smooth, professional, and patient-centred experience by coordinating communication between patients, families, facilities, and clinical staff. The position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and email enquiries regarding dental services.
  • Schedule patient visits and respond to pre-visit questions, including those related to billing.
  • Enter new patient details into the dental software and update existing patient information.
  • Send appointment confirmations and reminders to reduce non-attendance.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to email queries from families, facilities, and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Clinical Managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with privacy and health legislation.
  • Ensure all appointment details, updates, and clinical notes are correctly entered into practice systems.
  • Track and manage appointment schedules across multiple locations.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, updating records, and preparing reports.
