Job Overview

The Director of Operations will lead strategic and day-to-day operations for a fast-growing restaurant group. The role is responsible for driving operational performance, scaling systems, improving profitability, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all stores.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience from large casual dining or full-service restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational performance of restaurant branches nationwide.
• Develop strategies to improve sales, profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead multi-unit operations teams to achieve business targets and operational KPIs.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and operational procedures.
• Analyze operational and financial reports to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Lead expansion initiatives, store openings, and operational transformation projects.
• Strengthen leadership capability across operations through coaching and succession planning.
• Partner with support functions to ensure operational alignment and execution.
• Drive a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related course.
• At least 12 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role.
• Must have experience in multi-branch casual dining operations.
• Strong exposure to high-volume restaurant environments and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
