ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Procurement Operations Associate WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: This position will be responsible for delivering activities such as Purchase Requisition Processing, POA, Change Requests. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be well versed with the purchase requisition fulfillment, purchase order acknowledgement process to be able to perform the activities on Ariba/Coupa/Vroozi/PeopleSoft etc.

Complete the Management Information System (MIS) / Reporting Requirements for client meetings

Experience to execute the following activities daily:

Filtering (Approve/Reject) purchase requisition received as per agreed contractual terms

Purchase Order Acknowledgement

Resolve procurement and invoicing related queries

Connect with requesters to ask for PR related information OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 6 months experience in Procurement

Proficiency in MS Office tools and / or Project management - nice-to-have only

Working knowledge of Ariba / SAP systems - nice-to-have only

Working experience of Power BI, Power Automate - nice-to-have only
