• Approving and/or rejecting cases within prescribed time frame.
• Verifying clients credit worthiness based on internal company data, use of external resources, documents submitted and through phone call verification.
• Completing assigned daily reports for Team Leaders review.
• Acting as process Subject Matter Expert.
• Creating new techniques and approaches to be more efficient in decision making process.
• Driving insights and design, developing and implementing strategies, KPIs and quality management.
• Handling operations in different markets like PH, SG, TH, MY, depending on the assignment of the Immediate Superior.
  
  

• Open to fresh graduates; internship, academic projects, or any exposure related to Credit Assessment is an advantage.
• Willing to learn Credit Assessment processes, industry trends, and basic lending regulations.
• Familiarity with Philippine ID verification processes is a plus.
• Background or exposure in Financial Services, Banking, BPO, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
