Schedule: Monday -Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00PM PHT)

Provide operational enablement for the sales team and support improved customer experience through the delivery of administrative support that ensures high document quality, efficient order entry & fulfilment, and the effective coordination of Voice of Customer (VOC) interactions for all sales-related issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Order Management, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Commercial and financial acumen with strong problem-solving capability
  • Experience in a B2B customer-facing environment is highly desirable
  • Exposure to ERP, ServiceNow, or sales support systems is an advantag

What You’ll Do

  • Support the end-to-end contract-to-order process using ServiceNow and ERP systems
  • Validate sales documentation, pricing, contracts, and approvals for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues impacting customers or sales delivery
  • Assist with proposals, contract amendments, reporting, and operational support activities
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and customer experience
  • Support governance, compliance, pricing checks, and revenue-impact analysis
