Summary: As a Web Developer, you will engage in designing, constructing, and testing web-based applications that support various components of websites. Your typical day involves editing and updating site content to ensure it remains current and relevant. You will also document technical designs and specifications thoroughly, while researching and integrating new content to enhance the overall user experience and functionality of the websites you manage. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for web applications. - Maintain and improve existing web applications by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. - Ensure the quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging. - Stay informed about emerging web technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and tools related to Salesforce platform. - Ability to customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs effectively. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications. - Familiarity with Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
