Underwriting Operations Specialist

Overview:

The Credit Underwriter has intermediate experience in banking and/or lending, credit operations, data analysis, credit modeling, lending business operations and policies, and BSP regulations.

What you will do:

• Assist the business leaders in the achievement of business objectives specifically in the following functions:
• Day-to-day credit operations
• Regular and ad-hoc data analysis
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Evaluates policies with regards to the company’s underwriting standards
• Prepare reports that detail risk assessment findings that contribute to the final decision.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of any course related to Business Management and/or Statistics / Mathematics 3-5 years of lending business experience in financial institution
• At least 1-2 years of experience in credit card underwriting
• Further training or studies is an advantage
