Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
Perform troubleshooting and repair of GPS units and related automotive electrical systems
Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of installed devices
Provide technical support to clients regarding GPS functionality and concerns
Ensure proper wiring, connection, and system integration during installation
Prepare and submit installation and service reports accurately and on time
Coordinate with the team for scheduling of installations and service requests
Adhere to safety standards and company procedures during fieldwork
Assist in inventory handling of tools and GPS devices when needed
