Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots.

What You Will Be Doing

The Training Experience Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning content for our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences. This role focuses on the design and development of both online and offline training programs, including virtual, animated, and multimedia-based courses.

You will provide learning technology support by recommending appropriate digital solutions to deliver tailored learning, teaching, and assessment activities. You will also design, develop, support, and maintain e-learning modules while contributing to innovative teaching, learning, and assessment strategies that enhance employee experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics and visual materials such as presentations, workflows, flowcharts, animations, multimedia content, videos, infographics, and questionnaires
• Design and develop high-quality training content and learning structures for both online and in-person delivery
• Participate in the scoping, design, and development of new and updated courses in Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning formats
• Coordinate the preparation, rollout, and delivery of accurate and engaging learning content and media
• Review and enhance course designs to ensure clear instructional flow
• Review and improve exercises and work examples to ensure alignment with learning objectives
• Collaborate with business units to support course development and content creation
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Multimedia Design, Communication, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple design and learning projects
• Advanced proficiency in digital design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Captivate
• Experience creating interactive learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, and other digital or AI-based content creation tools
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
• Highly creative with a strong eye for design, layout, and user experience
• Strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and turn ideas into deliverables
