Role Overview

  • Crafts retail environment strategy in line with the category/segment/brand's long to mid-term developmental plan as an input to strategic long range plan discussions with Marketing (Segment/Brand Heads).
  • Manages execution and regular review of Distribution Key Performance Indices (Sales, Reach, Availability, Presence, Promotions) agreed between the BU and S&CD.
  • Works with Marketing (Segment/Brand Heads), Demand and BU Finance in firming up the category/segment/brand's monthly and annual sales forecast during OB/ LE planning/ pre-Demand Reviews/ Demand Reviews.
  • Has End-to-end ownership of Category/Segment Trade Category-in-Channel (TCP), hinged on in-depth category analytics and understanding of the dynamics of the retail industry and encapsulates all BU go-to-market strategies to support achievement of BU Business and Distribution Objectives, from development, implementation up to evaluation.
  • Develops and drives category/segment-specific NPD go-to-market strategy per retail environment, and oversees NPD launch execution up to post-launch stage.
  • Is accountable in management, control and optimization of the retail environment or category/division/segment/brand's Menu of Services (MOS) and other trade-related expenses including Business Development Fund (BDF) and Display Rental (DRs) investments; Conducts profitability review for assigned retail environment/s.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate
  • Any 4-year course, having a business/management-related course is an advantage
  • At least 3-6 years of experience
  • Field or Trade Marketing-related experience
  • Currently based and/ or have work experience in Metro Manila
