Territory Medical Officer

Lead medical operations and support healthcare providers with Pharex as a Territory Medical Officer while advancing your career and making an impact.

The Territory Medical Officer (TMO) drives achievement of sales and prescription targets in his/her area of responsibility, through effective people management and business development initiatives. S/he provides business direction and plans in their assigned district, ensures good Customer Service and Relationship Marketing initiatives are delivered to target doctors and trade accounts, analyzes and evaluates area operational reports and updates of team/marketing activities implemented and other business related expenses. S/he also manages company resources assigned to the district, formulates developmental plans for his/her direct reports geared towards people development and skills enhancement, resolves conflict in his/her area skillfully, reinforces the Company’s Code of Conduct and fosters an environment of Trust and Good Governance.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Medical-related, Business or Marketing Degree preferred Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a sales position preferably in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG Skills: Communication, Sales Ability/Persuasiveness, Customer Service, Innovation, Negotiating and Project Management Competencies: Commercial awareness, sales skills, maturity, confidence, patience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills Vacant Area/s: Cebu
