  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and persuasive demeanor.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 02 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Persuasive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment.
