Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in resolving incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with vendors, contributing to service management teams, and implementing Requests for Change to enhance troubleshooting processes. You will also be responsible for updating knowledge base articles to support effective resolution strategies, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime. - Provide training and support to team members to foster a knowledgeable workforce. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficient in Enterprise Network Operations. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Administration, DevOps. - Have an understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in incident management and problem resolution methodologies. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques. - Ability to document processes and create user-friendly guides for troubleshooting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Roles and Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze application & infrastructure (Database, Platform, Network) performance to identify potential issues. - Assist in the development and implementation of end-to-end application/infrastructure support processes & rapid service restoration procedures. Professional & Technical Skills - Required Skill: Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations, Fundamental to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Azure Administration, Azure DevOps, Linux Administration, MS SQL, Kubernetes, and API Management - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace tools - Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
