The Role
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. This role is crucial for providing enterprise-level support and ensuring seamless integration of the Companys solutions for our partners.
Your Responsibilities
Client Integration Project Management: Manage the integration of the Companys products, including SSO, SIS, payment systems, and custom data solutions. Coordinate project discovery calls, track progress, and handle implementations independently or through engineering tickets.
Partner Support: Provide timely and accurate solutions to client inquiries and support desk tickets using email, video, and chat applications. Maintain continuous follow-up until project completion.
Internal Collaboration: Communicate effectively with support, sales, and engineering teams regarding client integration statuses and escalate issues when necessary.
Problem Solving: Take ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to triage and address bugs promptly.
Quality Assurance: Perform QA for new features and fixes in production and staging environments. Develop and maintain training and documentation for implementation.
Customer-Centric: Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and user experience.
Support New Releases: Participate in feedback, testing, and documentation updates for new product releases.
What Were Looking For
A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferred in any IT, Computer Engineering, or any related degree
Must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of professional IT experience
Familiarity with CRMs, consumer-facing software, and/or ed-tech products is a plus
QA experience and working with software or startup companies is a plus
Passion for user experience and customer service
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Resilience and determination in evolving circumstances
Excellent english communication skills
