Systems Analyst I

A Systems Analyst supports system analysis and project activities while learning core processes in requirements gathering, documentation, prototyping, and project coordination.

Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Office Location - 4F DMG Center, Domingo M. Guevara St. Brgy. Mauway, Mandaluyong City

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system concepts.
• Ability to assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and system evaluation.
• Basic proficiency in wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn.
  
  

• Meet with internal stakeholders and participate in business requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into well-defined technical and non-technical requirements that aims to improve business operations.
• Assist in the creation of necessary documents (Project Scope Document, Process Flows, Diagrams, User Manuals, etc.) throughout the project development phases.
• Evaluate existing system functionalities, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
• Participate in planning sprints, releases, and overall project timelines and activities.
• Support project progress tracking and help ensure activities are on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma for internal use.
• Collaborate with the QA team by assisting in system application testing as needed.
