Role Overview

The Strategic Partnerships Group for the Consumer Business identifies, develops, and manages partnerships with Finished Goods Suppliers to meet all consumer innovation needs across the Philippines and 8 Southeast Asian markets (with the primary markets being Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam). The team drives sourcing strategies, evaluates potential partners, and uncovers growth opportunities to strengthen the consumer portfolio across the network.

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Analyst who will play a key role in identifying new suppliers, enabling product innovation, and supporting long term supplier relationships. The role will report to the Strategic Partnerships Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Sourcing
  • Proactively identifies new suppliers, products, and partnership opportunities in support of the company’s portfolio innovation plans.
  • Conducts due diligence to ensure supplier viability, covering supply chain reliability, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and commercial feasibility.
  • Negotiation
  • Participates and assists in commercial negotiations with identified partners
  • Prepares and drafts commercial agreements to formalize partnership terms
  • Alliance Management
  • Assists in managing and strengthening relationships with new and existing partners
  • Supports continuity of existing products by assisting in the management and resolutions for product or supplier performance.
  • Project Management
  • Facilitates communication and technical exchanges between internal teams and external partners to fulfill product and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures adherence to project timelines set and aligned with the Innovation Team.
  • Assists in managing and updating the Partnerships Database for segment handled

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate commercial and technical feasibility
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple markets
  • Highly proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, partnerships or related roles is a plus
