Overview:

As a Strategic Ecosystem Partnership Lead at Maya, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that moves at lightning speed to engage customers and strategic partners on a profound level, elevate our market share, and drive unrivaled revenue growth across our suite of fintech solutions. You will be a pivotal force, leading a team of talented individuals and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Segment and Brand Marketing Management, Key Accounts, Finance, Business Analytics, Growth and CLM, Business Development and Sales, Data Science Engineering, and more, to unleash the full commercial potential out of our unique and powerful enterprise, consumer, and bank ecosystem.

What You Will Do

  • Drive creation and refinement of business models to optimize revenue and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Develop financial models, manage account-level P&L, and implement pricing and GTM strategies to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and execute strategies that position the organization as a market leader.
  • Anticipate trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure product-market fit through research and customer-centric solutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and category leaders.
  • Conduct market research, size opportunities, create commercial plans, and negotiate win-win collaborations.
  • Promote high performance by meeting financial metrics and empowering cross-functional teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Technology Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 5-8 years in the FinTech industry, demonstrating success in business development, strategic partnerships, or incubation roles.
  • Knowledge of financial services, FinTech trends, regulatory frameworks, and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, research skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and decisions.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and P&L.
