STRATEGIC DATA SOURCES SPECIALIST

Role Overview

• Performs data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize reporting processes and data workflows.
• Supports data standardization and governance initiatives and assists in maintaining data definitions, metric logic, and documentation.
• Identifies opportunities to automate recurring reports by designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and other data visualization platforms.
• Analyzes assigned data sets and transforms data into actionable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and key findings.
• Collaborates with IT and other data teams to support the data requirements of various stakeholders.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify current and future data needs related to external data sets.
  
  

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 3–6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in data analytics.
• Experience in statistical analysis, data management, and data visualization.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
