M&A & Transaction Management

  • Lead end-to-end DD processes for acquisition targets, including financial analysis
  • Develop detailed transaction memoranda and management presentations for prospective acquisitions and partnerships
  • Manage deal timelines and stakeholder communications throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Develop & manage post-acquisition integration plans
  • Support deal team coordination with external advisors and internal stakeholders

Market & Strategic Analysis

  • Execute comprehensive market opportunity assessments to evaluate new verticals, geographies, or customer segments
  • Analyze competitive landscapes, including pricing strategies, go-to-market approaches, and product differentiation
  • Develop business cases and ROI models for strategic initiatives, including build vs. buy vs. partner decisions
  • Track and synthesize market trends, industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
  • Prepare strategic recommendations and executive summaries for C-suite decision-making

Financial & Data Management

  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to track Corporate Development KPIs and deal pipeline
  • Manage deal databases and CRM systems
  • Compile and organize deal documentation, financial statements, and regulatory filings

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Finance teams to inform strategic planning and deal assessment
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • - 3-5 years of professional experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, or corporate development roles (e.g., Big-4 firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG or globally-affiliated accounting firms)
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience within M&A DD, financial modelling, and deal analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex analyses to senior audiences
  • Track record of successfully closing acquisitions or managing post-acquisition integrations
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and growth metrics
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets and regional business dynamics (Optional)
