Work Hours: 20 hours per week, 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM PHT (Tuesday –Saturday)

What are we looking for?

  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Customer-service mindset with proven ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience maintaining lead-tracking spreadsheets and preparing management reports.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Solid understanding of solar energy technology, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Previous experience in solar installation or renewable energy services.
  • Basic technical knowledge of solar components (modules, inverters, racking systems, batteries) and related electrical considerations.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms; ability to help create or maintain a company presence on LinkedIn, X, Instagram or industry forums.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and the information that those platforms track
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

What will you do?

Lead Management and Reporting

  • Manage and update the Sales Book and Lead Tracking Spreadsheet with accurate contact details, deal stages, and follow-up dates.
  • Document the outcome of each customer interaction in CRM and share weekly pipeline reports with Sales Management.
  • Prepare custom sales reports and dashboards for leadership to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Customer and Partner Outreach

  • Periodically contact business customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings to qualify leads, gather feedback, and nurture relationships.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from the website and chatbot, ensuring all questions are addressed within 24 hours.
  • Coordinate quote proposals with the Engineer Team.

Sales Operations Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align promotional activities, develop sales collateral, and update pricing sheets.
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation (contracts, NDAs, purchase orders) is processed, filed, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and track inventory of marketing materials.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Duties

  • Analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and forecast revenue.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues by liaising with Technical Support and Escalations teams, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and emerging solar market trends; brief the team on key developments.
