The Work

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will engage in delivering predictive and intelligent delivery approaches that leverage automation and analytics. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to drive the automation of delivery analytics, gathering insights from data, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of systems. You will also be responsible for managing team dynamics and contributing to key decision-making processes, all while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Drive initiatives for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  
  

Heres What Youll Need

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language, .NET Software Development.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.
• Ability to implement automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
