Skills Required

• Experience with time and attendance testing in a UKG workforce pro-environment
• Experience with complex, multi-site and multi agreement organizations
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting issues quickly, identifying and analyzing solutions in a timely manner, and managing competing priorities and delivering high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytically minded and solutions focused individual
  
  

What will you do?

• Develop and provide the Test Plan, outlining the overall testing strategy, objectives, scope, and approach for the project.
• Prepare a detailed Test Execution Plan that includes the finalised scope, testing schedule, and assignment of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases.
• Lead the creation of the Test Scenario Catalogue, ensuring that all scenarios are validated against the Requirements Traceability Matrix and Design workbooks.
• Gather input from the Project team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to finalise test scenarios for review and approval and update the test coverage matrix to confirm comprehensive testing.
• Manage Defect Triage, escalate potential risks and issues for mitigation
• Manage Test Summary Exit activities and ensure resolution of any outstanding activities
• Ensure all testing activities adhere to JBSs test management processes and standards, considering the agreed implementation and testing methodology.
