What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Multimedia Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, innovative design work (fintech, B2B, or SaaS ESSENTIAL)
• Ability to lead creative direction and take ownership of design projects
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to simplify complex ideas visually
• Experience designing campaigns that drive engagement and commercial outcomes
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, growth)
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience in animation, video editing, and email design (HubSpot preferred)
• Web design experience (Framer is a strong advantage)
• Familiarity with AI tools for design and workflow optimization
  
  

• UI/UX design experience
• Motion graphics expertise
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  
  

• Lead end-to-end design from concept to execution across digital and print
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visual content
• Develop and evolve brand identity across campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
• Create high-quality assets for web, social media, email, video, and print
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new products and features
• Maintain and enhance design systems to ensure brand consistency
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and output
• Continuously bring fresh ideas to elevate creative execution and brand presence
