You will be leading a team of Accounting experts to ensure seamless transaction processing of end-to-end Intercompany processes. The role will provide visibility to Executive Finance Leadership as you recommend strategies to ensure consistent delivery of excellent service and global standardization of processes. You will also provide leadership support to develop leaders and team members to ensure continued growth for the Manila organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Govern global intercompany accounting processes across Invoice to Pay, Record to Report, and Credit to Cash
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Emerson Corporate Policies and procedures (CP&Ps) local statutory requirements and SOX controls
• Lead standardization and automation across intercompany process
• Initiate and lead improvements to monthly reconciliation and consolidation processes
• Align workload and staffing resources, complexity and peak close requirements
• Develop both leadership and individual contributors to ensure they are able to maximize their talents and fully explore career opportunities within Emerson
• Manage financial matters for the group by preparing the annual Manila budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring team is in compliance with policies

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a professional license as Certified Public Accountant
• At least 10 years of progressive supervisory or leadership experience in Finance/ Accounting
• Strong understanding of how intercompany transactions flow through ERP, subledger, general ledger, reconciliation, and consolidation systems, with the ability to identify system and master-data issues that create accounting discrepancies
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
