Senior Business Development Specialist

Core Profile: The Senior Business Development Specialist will be responsible in managing the whole QR PH P2M business and the SME online business which include development of strategies through product & process enhancements, industry partnerships, sales strategies or new-venture integrations in order to meet the company targets in terms of both acceptance points and transaction volume.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the team in establishing strategic industry partnerships for both online and offline in order to increase brand visibility and merchant acquisition for the online products and QR Ph payment channels of Maya.
• Manage the team in the crafting and implementation of trade, marketing and merchant programs in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Take the lead role in product and process development to enhance the end-to-end SME merchant onboarding and after-sales experience for both online and offline.
• Manage the team in tracking performance and report metrics.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any Business Management related field.
• With 8-10 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
• With at least 3 years work experience in the Banking, Ecommerce or Fintech industries.
• With broad understanding of the Philippine digital payments space.
• With excellent project/campaign management experience, is data-driven and able to build strong stakeholder and partner relationships.
