Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing solutions, and providing guidance on best practices to enhance security posture. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the overall security framework of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance operational resilience. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to ensure awareness of security protocols and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong understanding of incident response and threat management processes. - Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations related to information security. - Ability to analyze security incidents and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing security awareness programs for staff. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Ilocos office.
