Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve monitoring security events, analyzing potential threats, and collaborating with team members to enhance security measures. You will also engage in discussions to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of security protocols, ensuring that client environments remain secure and compliant with industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor security events and incidents to identify potential threats. - Analyze security alerts and provide timely responses to incidents. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security operations. - Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on security trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with incident response and threat analysis. - Familiarity with security monitoring tools and technologies. - Knowledge of network security principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Ilocos office.
