S coring Management Staffing Representative
Role Overview
Assist the Scoring Management Staffing team with scoring staff placement, including assistance with the building of the scoring staff pool, candidate outreach, and other assigned miscellaneous tasks. Will be trained in the various staffing tasks and will work closely with others on the staffing team to assist with assignments when needed.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Provide knowledgeable responses to staffing inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Track, update, and organize team resources as needed.
- Assist staffing team with various improvement projects.
- Work with other staffing team members on standard project staffing processes and procedures.
- Respond to candidate and employee inquiries sent to team email inbox as needed.
- Contribute to workflows and processes within assigned work functions to enhance customer service, efficiency, and/or effectiveness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- This position may include weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. College Degree is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, being accountable, agile, and adaptable to changing needs.
- Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with diversified internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively via phone and email.
- Ability to take direction, initiative, and use independent and good judgment to meet multiple deadlines and make decisions.
- Demonstrates accountability and responsiveness by consistently supporting coworkers, addressing team needs promptly, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues in a professional manner.
- Self-starter with proven ability to follow through on multiple tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create a positive candidate experience simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, MS Teams and Outlook.
- Human Resources experience and/or experience with staffing placements is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Remote position, home office.
