SCADA Shift Supervisor

Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for the Plant Operation from the SCADA control room and the shift operators activities during his shift

Ensure all Operation activities performed during his shift always meet health, safety and environment (HSE) prevailing in the company.

Ensure proper operation of the plant to meet performance guarantees at all time.

Prepare an accurate operation report, including production volumes, influent/effluent water quality and OPEX consumptions.

Ensure workplace orderliness, foster a harmonious working environment, and provide effective leadership to operators under his supervision, addressing both technical and non-technical matters efficiently and effectively.

Implement operational setting adjustments as required in the SCADA system

To ensure the continuous and compliant STP operation using minimal OPEX

To optimize the water plant operation for each process. Responsible for the plant operation during his shift.

To lead site operators during his shift to perform operation & maintenance tasks.

To coordinate and report to operation supervisor during his shift with adequate reporting

His role is to operate the plant from SCADA system located in the Control room but also to supervise the plant process at site and to lead the operators tasks at site as well. He will work in shifts.

To produce operation reports, monitor plant operation and participate actively into resolving the problems encountered from operation or maintenance side.

Willing to work out of the working hours under company request to ensure the plant optimal operation.

Coordinate with other teams such as Maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of the O&M activities during his shift.

Follow HSE procedures and be proactive for Safety.
