Job Description

A Sales Executive/Representative job involves driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals.

  • Assist walk-in clients and attend to various requests promptly, + maintain and acquire new clients/accounts.
  • Understand customer needs by recommending the right product suited to their requirements.
  • Equipped with Technical knowledge to be able to guide clients and make suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
  • Coordinate with your own Project Team and other departments to ensure proper and timely project management.
  • Update the Project team tracker daily to set priorities for designers reference.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Gather feedback from clients to provide support for the companys improvement plans.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining on current trends, market, activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
