This role is based in our head office in Mandaluyong, City
Responsibilities
Supports the backend operations of the Corporate Sales team, ensuring that orders are fulfilled with accuracy, delivered on time, and meet the companys quality standards. This role also assists in the execution of special projects such as on-ground setups and retail initiatives. Responsibilities include coordination with internal teams, preparation of materials for sales use, and operational support for both ongoing and ad hoc projects.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all corporate orders.
Monitor order progress and proactively troubleshoot any internal issues or delays.
Ensure quality and customization standards are met across all deliveries.
Maintain internal trackers, order briefs, schedules, and inventory coordination.
Assist in sourcing materials and coordinating with vendors for packaging, gifting, and order-related needs.
Prepare materials like product sheets, and sales materials to support client proposals and promotions.
Provide operational support for special initiatives including on-ground placements, satellite selling points, and similar physical retail formats.
Help identify and evaluate potential locations or partners for retail initiatives or activations.
Work closely with the Corporate Sales Executive to support backend requirements and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams.
Perform other operational or project-based tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
01 year of experience in sales operations, account management support, logistics coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides) and comfortable learning new tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Flexibility to support on-ground setups, retail initiatives, and project-based tasks when needed.
A proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
