Job Summary

The Restaurant Training and Service Excellence Manager is responsible for creating and driving learning strategies that improve restaurant service quality, operational consistency, and employee performance. The role ensures all FOH teams consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design restaurant training programs focused on guest service and operational excellence.
• Lead service excellence initiatives across multiple restaurant locations.
• Conduct branch audits and coaching sessions for restaurant leaders.
• Develop competency assessments and certification programs.
• Monitor service standards through operational reviews and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve employee performance.
• Manage training calendars and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Mentor restaurant managers in coaching and leadership.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of restaurant training management experience.
• Background in casual dining operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service, FOH operations, and people development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
