Job Summary

The Restaurant Management System (RMS) Officer supports the administration, implementation, and optimization of Restaurant Management Systems used across restaurant branches and commissary operations. This role serves as the primary coordinator between business users, IT, and external vendors to ensure restaurant systems operate efficiently and support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Restaurant Management Systems (RMS) and related operational applications.
• Coordinate system implementation, branch onboarding, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Gather business requirements from Operations and other stakeholders.
• Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor system performance and resolve application issues in coordination with vendors and IT teams.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Conduct system orientation and end-user training for restaurant teams.
• Recommend system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to restaurant technology and business applications.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting Restaurant Management Systems, POS, ERP, or enterprise business applications.
• Experience in restaurant chains, QSR, retail, or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of POS, ERP, inventory, and restaurant operational systems.
• Experience in system implementation, testing, and user support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
