Provides adequate and efficient clerical and administrative services to the Regional NTP and performs logistical and secretariat functions for special events and other meetings or conferences organized under the regional NTP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Provides administrative, logistical and secretariat support in the conduct of special events, trainings, regional field activities, and other meetings/conferences organized under the NTP (i.e. sending out invitation letter and follow-ups, identification of venue etc.)
Maintains and orderly filing system for all types of communication and other official documents
Provides assistance to the NTP Medical/Nurse coordinator and other partners in packaging or reproducing necessary documents or report, contracts of consultants, and other deliveries under the program
Prepares initial documentation of team meetings
Monitors the daily incoming or outgoing calls, visitors, receipts of documents and sent documents
Prepare updated periodic reports on the status of inquiries and project development activities
Requests and monitors office supplies needed for the program in coordination with the GF point-person
Facilitates transmittal of incoming and outgoing correspondences, documents, tokens, etc.
Checks communications before routing for quality control.
Prepares, ensures accurateness and completeness of documents, and follow-up payments or cheque for revolving fund replenishments, cash advances, and liquidations.
Informs the NTP medical/burse coordinator of scheduled meetings, workshops, etc.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Education : Bachelors degree in any relevant program/course
Experience : At least 1 year related work experience
Other / Special Skills : Good coordinating skills. Good verbal and written communication skills, Computer literate
Contract Type: Project-Based (until December 31, 2026)
