Schedule: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT (Monday-Friday)

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. The role is responsible for delivering warm, professional front-of-house experience while providing administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations.



What are we looking for?

  • Diploma or bachelors degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role with regular interaction with employees and visitors
  • May require occasional support for events

What will youd?

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage visitor registration, access passes, and meeting room directions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to notify hosts of arriving guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly
  • Handle general inquiries and route requests to the appropriate departments
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries

Administrative Support

  • Provide basic administrative support to the Corporate Services team
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and schedule coordination
  • Maintain accurate front-desk records, logs, and inventories
  • Support office events, client visits, inductions, and onsite activities as needed

Office & Facilities Support

  • Coordinate with facilities, security, and housekeeping for front-of-house needs
  • Monitor and report any reception or common area issues
  • Assist with office supplies tracking and replenishment related to reception
