Job Description
Schedule: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT (Monday-Friday)
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. The role is responsible for delivering warm, professional front-of-house experience while providing administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
What are we looking for?
Diploma or bachelors degree preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
Working Conditions
Office-based role with regular interaction with employees and visitors
May require occasional support for events
What will youd?
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Manage visitor registration, access passes, and meeting room directions
Coordinate with internal teams to notify hosts of arriving guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
Communication & Coordination
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly
Handle general inquiries and route requests to the appropriate departments
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Administrative Support
Provide basic administrative support to the Corporate Services team
Assist with meeting room bookings and schedule coordination
Maintain accurate front-desk records, logs, and inventories
Support office events, client visits, inductions, and onsite activities as needed
Office & Facilities Support
Coordinate with facilities, security, and housekeeping for front-of-house needs
Monitor and report any reception or common area issues
Assist with office supplies tracking and replenishment related to reception
