RCI Supply Chain Associate Procurement

Job Objective / Purpose

The Procurement Sourcing Analyst is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to ensure the organization obtains high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. This role requires strategic thinking, supplier relationship management, and a focus on cost savings while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

This role will be hired under Reliance Care, Inc. (RCI) - a subsidiary of Unilab.

Background And Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Management, Business or related fields required;
• At least two (2) years relevant work experience in Supply Management particularly in the fields of Procurement and Logistics Experience in ERP Solutions(e.g. Net Suite, ARIBA, etc) an advantage

• Work effectively with minimum supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with Vendors, Clients (both external and internal) and stakeholders
• Experience in NetSuite application
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to details
• Assertive and ProActive
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Google Sheet and Excel
• Knowledgeable in Inventory management (e.g. replenishment, re-ordering point, safety stocks, etc) is a plus factor
• Willing to work on site daily
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing for common supplies (e.g office, laboratory, janitorial, medical supplies)
• Tactical Procurement for Dental Requirements, Vaccines and Reagents
• Negotiation and Cost savings strategies
• NetSuite Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processing
• Monitor Purchase Order (PO) until full delivery and Vendor is fully paid
• Expediting and de-expediting deliveries as necessary
  
  

Work Conditions

• Employment type: Regular
• Onsite work setup; Assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
• Work Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
