Job Description

• Accuracy of cost estimates (within 5% of actual cost).
• Timely submission of progress billings and reports.
• Percentage of cost savings achieved through value engineering.
• Number of approved variation orders processed on time.
• Project budget compliance rate. o Timely completion of final accounts and project close-out documentation.
• Quantity take-off and cost analysis.
• Contract management and administration.
• Budget forecasting and financial reporting.
• Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
