• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality, data, or analytics role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with quality systems and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Understanding of Corrective Action Reports and processes.
• Experience in the furniture, retail, or manufacturing sector.
• Power BI reporting skills.
• Knowledge of inspection reporting or root cause analysis.

• Analyse Audit, Claims, and Warranty data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all systems are updated and fully operational.
• Generate insights and reports for key stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Process retail and supplier claims within required timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, mitigate risks, and enhance efficiency.
• Support quality management systems, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and support to new staff as needed.
• Ensure timely reporting of incidents or hazards and maintain a proactive safety mindset.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure warranty and cost-of-quality information is accurate and up to date.
