QA Developer - Hybrid

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a Quality Assurance Developer based in BGC, Mandaluyong, and in Cebu.

Salary Range: up to ₱100,000

Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

Shift Schedule: Mid Shift

Location: BGC, Mandaluyong City, and Cebu City

The Role

The QA Developer plays a critical role in ensuring software quality across the entire application lifecycle, combining both manual and automated testing practices within a continuous delivery environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
• Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite.
• Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration.
• Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
• Will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall quality of software applications.
• A typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing processes are efficient and effective.
  
  

• A Bachelors Degree is required
• At least 3-5 years of experience in as a QA Developer or as a QA Consultant
• Must have experience in Automated Testing and Functional Testing.
• Must possess deep knowledge on TOSCA and/or similar tools for test automation of web applications
