Job Description
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business-related course
- At least one (1) year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field
- Knowledgeable in business solution software or ERP systems
- Above-average negotiation and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) based on PO tally and other purchasing requirements
- Provide timely updates to requisitioners regarding the status of requested stocks
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, systems, and procedures
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maximize company profitability
- Assist the Warehouse Assistant in encoding warehouse documents such as Receiving Reports (RR), Stock Requisition Slips (SRS), Stock Transfer Slips (STS), and other related documents
