Project Control Services Practitioner

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and coordinating comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs or projects. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery within a globally distributed environment. The practitioner actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and supports the alignment of project objectives with organizational goals, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Support the development and implementation of best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality. - Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and opportunities to optimize outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Strong capability in managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to drive consistent delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
