Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, making informed decisions, and providing solutions to challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. - Conduct regular team meetings to assess project status and address any emerging issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proficient in project scheduling and resource allocation techniques. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and generate reports for stakeholders. - Experience in utilizing project management software and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
