Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to effectively monitor and control service level agreements, ensuring that all project objectives are met while collaborating with various teams to drive success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. - Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking progress. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
