This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to define the scope and track the progress of deliverables. The individual actively manages communication channels to address concerns, align expectations, and facilitate smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement. - Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize delivery efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project milestones. - Experience in managing project scope, schedules, and deliverables to meet business goals. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders. - Skilled in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to enhance operational control. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control. - This position is based at our Manila office.
