Job Description

As the Product Manager for the Mini-apps Marketplace, you will own the strategy and roadmap for a suite of enterprise mini-apps designed to address the diverse needs of Micro, SME, and Large businesses. These mini-apps will enable business setup, streamline daily operations, simplify compliance and financial tasks, and drive business growth through advanced digital solutions. The role requires expertise in digital product management, partner integration, and platform ecosystems, ensuring seamless user experiences, operational reliability, and continuous innovation.



You will work closely with internal teams and external solution partners to expand the mini-apps catalog, drive adoption, and position our platform as the preferred destination for essential business solutions

NATURE OF WO

RK· Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Mini-apps Marketplace, focusing on solutions for business setup, daily operations, compliance, growth, and analytic

s.· Lead onboarding and integration of mini-app developers, solution providers, and business partners with seamless UX and robust technical implementatio

n.· Partner with Business Development and Partnerships to source, evaluate, and activate new mini-apps and solution categorie

s.· Develop end-to-end solution designs from requirements to implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and complianc

e.· Prioritize features and enhancements based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibilit

y.· Manage cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Operations) for timely delivery of features and integration

s.· Monitor mini-app performance, user adoption, and partner SLAs, making data-driven decisions for optimizatio

n.· Identify growth opportunities and promotional strategies to drive mini-app transactions and repeat usag

e.· Ensure compliance, fraud prevention, and operational reliability across all mini-app transaction

s.· Stay updated on trends in digital commerce, enterprise solutions, and partner ecosystems to maintain competitive advantag

REQUIRED QUALIFICATI

  • ONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fie
  • ld.4-5 years of product management experience in digital commerce, payments, or marketplac
  • es.Proven track record of launching and scaling platform based or marketplace produc
  • ts.Proficiency in Agile methodologies, PDLC, and product best practic
  • es.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skil
  • ls.Familiarity with partner integration, business process automation and mini-app ecosyste
  • ms.Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and agentic commerce models, and their application to digital commerce and marketplace ecosyste
