Role Overview

  • Development of Brand Plans
    • Analyzes relevant market data and trends to identify growth opportunities, gaps, and insights for the brand
    • Creates the brand vision and formulates brand strategies, positioning, and communication plans and programs (e.g. Sales, Market Share)
    • Aligns with Enablers and applies knowledge of Unilab processes in developing brand plans (e.g. Trade and Patient programs with S&CD)
    • Guides direct report/s in market analysis and plan development
  • Launching of New Products
    • Prepares and leads collaboration with Enablers to deliver New Product requirements and launch
  • Management of Brand Financials
    • Delivers brand sales targets and profitability
    • Monitors actual product expenses vs budget in compliance with corporate financial guidelines and processes
  • Management of Brand Inventories
    • Balances supply and demand forecasts to support healthy inventories (e.g. Trade, Warehouse)
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Maintains Key Opinion Leader (KOL) advisors and expands to other prescribers as brand grows
    • Designs cohesive and comprehensive solutions to continually enhance customer (MD and patient) experience
Qualifications

  • Attained bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media and Communications, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent
  • With two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, or Business Development
  • Has an understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) and different financial measures (Sales, Cost of Goods Sold, Ratios, Operating Income)
  • With excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent, highly strategic, and detail-oriented
