Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running end-to-end quality engineering functions with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the automation strategies align with project goals and deliver high-quality outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency. - Mentor junior team members and share best practices in test automation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Playwright. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Playwright. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
