Job Description

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:

As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders and utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms are integral to delivering solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.

Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Engineering.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support within packaged and Software as a Service environments.

Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.

Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring seamless deployment of updates.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.

This position is based at our Manila office.
